The Swedish duo Rebecca and Fiona may have once been the subject of a Swedish reality TV Show. But now these girls have broken away from the television screen to release a full-length album titled I Love You, Man in addition to collaborating on tracks with other EDM artists, touring, and cementing their stardom beyond just their home of Stockholm.
Nervo is made up of Aussie twins Miriam and Olivia Nervo, two former models who have co-written songs with the likes of Avicii and David Guetta, while still finding time to hone their own skills on turntables in clubs and festivals around the world.
Mia Moretti has become one of the most popular DJs among fashion’s finest, providing the music for designers like Prabal Gurung and Margherti Missoni’s shows. She can often be found creating unique sounds as she performs in tandem with her friend, Electronic violinist Caitlin Moe.
Maya Jane Coles
Maya Jane Coles is a newcomer in the industry, who garnered much attention with her first performance at Electric Zoo. She mostly composes and plays house music, but under her alias Nocturnal Sunshine you can find her talentedly taking on dubstep as well.
Ellen Allien is a German DJ, producer, and the founder of her very own music label, BPitch Control. Known as the first lady of Berlin in the techno scene, Allien blends EDM and dance-floor oriented electronic music while noticeably incorporating experimental elements. After over 15 years of DJing, Ellen Allien continues to produce creative and influential tunes, even as the world of EDM becomes more commercialized.
